GOP reviews the request and decides whether the service is a good fit.

You review the agreed deliverable and submit feedback within the stated revision limit.

4. SHARE FILES SECURELY

If requested, provide the needed digital files through GOP's approved method.

8. FINAL HANDOFF

GOP completes quality control and delivers or implements the approved final work.

Client and GOP Responsibilities

Your Role

  • Describe the specific result you need and provide accurate project information.

  • Confirm that you own or control the manuscript, images, quotations, and other material supplied.

  • Provide usable digital files through the approved method and respond to questions on time.

  • Review and approve the scope, price, schedule, revisions, final work, and any publishing decisions.

GOPs Role

  • Review the request and recommend the correct stand-alone service or a better-fit package.

  • Define the exact deliverable, boundaries, revision limit, schedule, price, and exclusions in writing.

  • Complete the contracted editing, design, formatting, publishing, website, or consulting work in-house.

  • Perform quality control, document approvals, and provide the agreed final handoff or platform support.

Important Service Boundaries

  • Individual Services cover only the work named in the written proposal. Additional work requires written approval and may change the price or schedule.

  • If the request involves several connected stages, GOP may recommend a Publishing Package, Book Writing and Development, Pulpit to Page, or Rebrand Your Book service instead.

  • Do not send a full manuscript, publishing-account password, payment information, or sensitive records through the first-contact survey or ordinary email.

  • The client must own or control the rights needed for every manuscript, image, quotation, recording, design, or other supplied item.

  • GOP does not guarantee sales, rankings, reviews, reach, income, audience growth, or acceptance by a retailer or publishing platform.

  • Submitting an inquiry does not create a service relationship, reserve a start date, or guarantee acceptance. Services begin only after a written agreement and required payment.

​Pricing

​

Starting at means the lowest price for a limited qualifying scope. It is not the final price for every project. The actual quote may be higher based on the service type, manuscript or file condition, word or page count, editing level, selected formats, design needs, research or recreation work, revisions, schedule, platform requirements, and third-party costs. GOP will provide a written proposal before work begins. The proposal, not the website, controls the deliverables, exclusions, revision limit, schedule, payment terms, and final price. Additional or changed work requires written approval and may change the price or completion date.

Client Ownership and Control

You approve the final work, own your book, control your publishing account, and keep 100% of the royalties paid to you by the publishing platform. Platform and third-party charges may apply.

Common Questions

Can I purchase only one service?
Yes. GOP will review the request and define the exact stand-alone deliverable in a written proposal.

Is the starting price my final price?
Not always. It is the lowest price for a limited qualifying scope. GOP will review your request and provide the actual price in writing before work begins.

​

Can I combine services?
Yes. GOP may combine related services in one proposal or recommend a package when that is clearer or more economical.

​

Will GOP work inside my publishing account?
Only when platform support is included and approved. You keep control of the account, tax and banking details, retail price, and final publication decisions.

​

Do I keep my royalties?
Yes. You keep 100% of royalties paid to you by the publishing platform. Platform and third-party charges may still apply.
